About the role
- Analysis and drafting of various contracts (supplies, intellectual property, image rights, loan-for-use agreements - comodatos);
- Legal support and preparation of legal opinions in processes for the acquisition of goods and services and in the execution of various agreements in the area of intellectual property;
- Drafting and issuance of powers of attorney, official letters, extrajudicial notifications, and other related documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law;
- Previous experience in contracts or intellectual property required;
- Intermediate English (reading and writing) required;
- Knowledge of procurement processes for goods and services within Public Entities and the Third Sector (Social Organizations and similar);
