About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the drafting, review and organization of contracts related to vendor procurement, including management of contract drafts, amendments and supporting documents;
  • Perform system updates of contracts and amendments under review, ensuring the integrity of information and internal controls;
  • Assist with preliminary review of documents and contracts, identifying areas of concern and providing information for legal assessment;
  • Support matters related to personal data protection and privacy, including document analysis, organization of evidence and monitoring obligations arising from the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
  • Track and organize legal inquiries, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of deliverables;
  • Interact with internal departments and vendors, assisting in communicating legal guidance clearly and objectively;
  • Maintain and update the legal team’s internal controls, including management systems, document repositories and contract and privacy monitoring databases.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Law degree program (preferably between the 5th and 7th semester);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in the office) at the Berrini office.
  • Preferred
  • Knowledge or interest in contract law;
  • Knowledge or interest in personal data protection and the LGPD;
  • Previous experience with legal research tools;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organization, attention to detail and an interest in working in a corporate environment.
