About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and evolve the vision for sales and acquisition journeys as full digital products, encompassing APIs, frontends, communications, data, operations and integrations with channels and partners.
  • Map and prioritize opportunities for improvement and innovation across the journeys, balancing business demands, technical capacity and customer experience together with Operations, Product and Commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain the roadmap for acquisition journeys, aligned with commercial targets and the company’s channel strategy.
  • Manage the backlog for micro squads focused on sales and acquisition, prioritizing epics, stories and tasks with strategic clarity and business-value criteria. Coordinate dependencies between squads, platforms and technology teams, anticipating risks and removing blockers.
  • Develop and implement the strategy for the digital products under your responsibility, monitor performance indicators for the journeys (conversion, lead time, drop-off, activation) and proactively trigger improvements.
  • Ensure the support and stability of journeys in production, prioritizing fixes and improvements based on impact and frequency. Continuously evolve journey products — not only fixing issues but anticipating bottlenecks and proposing scalable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities and incorporate AI solutions responsibly and results-oriented into sales journeys — personalization, conversion prediction, communication automation and funnel optimization.
  • Act as a link between Commercial, Operations, Experience, Product and Technology areas, translating business visions into concrete deliverables and communicating journey progress to stakeholders.
  • Build a close relationship with Platform and Architecture teams, ensuring product decisions are technically feasible and sustainable.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Postgraduate degree in Product Management, Technology, Digital Business, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in digital product management — backlog, roadmap, discovery and agile ceremonies.
  • Experience with digital sales or acquisition journeys, preferably across more than one channel (digital, B2B or marketplace).
  • Ability to read and discuss technical requirements with engineering teams — APIs, integrations, data and platform architecture.
  • Influential profile without hierarchy: able to engage Commercial, Operations, Product and Technology around a common goal.
  • Availability for a hybrid model (3x office) in Alphaville/Barueri.
  • Experience in the insurance sector, financial services or regulated markets (desirable).
  • Experience with growth cycles (experimentation, hypotheses and digital) (desirable).
  • Knowledge of API integrations and digital product architecture (desirable).
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (GA4, Power BI or similar) (desirable).
  • Experience with AI applied to product projects — personalization, prediction or automation (desirable).
  • Experience in environments with multiple squads or tribes (agile scaling) (desirable).
  • Intermediate level English (desirable).
