About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review and negotiate contracts with service providers, ensuring legal soundness and alignment with the company's interests;
Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, providing practical legal guidance during negotiations and in the management of active contracts;
Identify, analyze and mitigate contractual risks, proposing solutions that balance legal protection and commercial feasibility;
Monitor contract execution, advising internal teams on the obligations assumed and any deviations;
Work proactively to improve contractual models, templates and internal processes;
Liaise with external law firms when necessary, overseeing and validating matters under your responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent);
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Contract law: drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating service agreements and other instruments used in the business day-to-day;
Experience in reviewing and negotiating domestic and international contracts;
Dynamic, flexible and organized profile;
Ability to translate complex legal issues into accessible language for non-legal teams;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with contract management systems is a plus;
Advanced English;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in the office) at the Berrini office.
