Key responsibilities & impact

Designing, implementing, and managing sustainable solutions across diverse applications, mainly the Learning Management System and interrelated business systems.
Incorporating security, architecture, and user experience principles and best practices with designs and solutions following a continuous improvement cycle.
Documenting architecture, processes, data definitions, and workflows to support shared understanding and long-term scalability.
Strengthening data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability through thoughtful and sustainable engineering practices.
Effectively collaborating within a Kanban team supporting non-technical teams and initiatives that prioritize the consumer sales division.
Investigating and solving level 3 escalations of system challenges and problems while offering technical mentorship through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Field of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Related Work Experience: Typically requires a minimum of five to seven years of related technical experience, with increasing responsibility
Education: Master's Degree (preferred)
Field of study: Engineering, Automation
Certifications/Licenses: Scrum Alliance certifications, SAFe certifications, Cornerstone Developer, Seismic
Related Work Experience: Ten or more years with increasing responsibility
