About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide centralized oversight to enterprise budgeting, planning, and analysis
Lead a team of managers and analysts to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting of expenses and fee income at the functional level
Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop the annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts
Develop trusting relationships with leaders throughout the organization to advise on optimal expense structure and fee income
Identify data trends and variances, making recommendations for root cause and corrective actions
Strategically help leaders solve problems and develop reasonable plans that balance functional needs with enterprise financial/profitability goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
Five years of experience in people leadership
Ten years of relevant FP&A experience
Outstanding knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles and practices
Excellent quantitative, analytical and financial skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and effective management presentations
