About the role

  • Develop key metric reporting and report on the drivers of deviations from plan
  • Provide actionable information and analysis/recommendations for improving performance of responsible applications/processes/data flows
  • Support management with various reporting and ad hoc analyses designed to build transparency, improve efficiency and/or effectiveness of performance
  • Collaborate on various projects with internal CNO employees and outside vendors as needed
  • Conduct data validation to ensure the integrity of the reporting and analytics completed

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, Relevant Certificate, or Directly Related Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience with data creation, data validation and/or key metric reporting
  • 1 year of experience with Business Objects, SAS, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline preferred
  • Certifications/Licenses: SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI
  • 2+ years of work experience in data report creation and monitoring preferred
