• Build and maintain web automation workflows and browser-based processes
• Create, troubleshoot, and optimize Excel VBA macros integrated with automation solutions
• Support and enhance existing bots, ensuring performance and reliability
• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements
• Prepare process documentation and support testing and production deployments
• Monitor bot performance and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
