Supports initiatives that advance quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care across the health system.
Partners with clinical and operational leaders to plan, execute, and sustain improvement projects.
Applies structured project management and change leadership to deliver measurable, lasting results.
Develops project charters, timelines, communication plans, and performance metrics aligned with system priorities.
Facilitates cross-functional workgroups to ensure timely progress, risk mitigation, and alignment with operational goals.
Monitors project milestones and prepares status updates for leadership, steering committees, and stakeholders.
Leverages an awareness of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools to analyze workflows.
Identifies root causes and designs optimized processes, while developing change management plans.
Creates training materials, communication assets, and stakeholder updates that support project success.
Collaborates closely with analytics teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, engineering, or a related field is required.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Requires experience in project management, performance improvement, or healthcare operations.
Requires a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Requires proficiency with project management tools and data visualization platforms.
Requires the ability to lead at least 3 projects simultaneously.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent improvement certification is preferred.
Experience in hospital operations, ambulatory care, or health system performance improvement is preferred.
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory standards, quality frameworks, and patient safety principles is preferred.
