About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owning end-to-end execution of Annual Fund campaigns targeting donor segments in the $1–$1,000 range
- Managing and growing the Heart of IU Health team member giving campaign - a significant, high-visibility initiative
- Developing and managing segmented, multi-channel fundraising campaigns via mailers and other outreach channels
- Overseeing donor segments across patient donors, team member donors, and external/other donors
- Coordinating campaign timing with the full Foundation calendar to align with events and programming themes
- Collaborating with the Foundation's data analytics partner on segmentation and campaign performance
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to create compelling donor communications and stewardship experiences
- Tracking and reporting on donor acquisition and retention metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Requires working knowledge of fundraising software (i.e. Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
- Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.
