About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as primary service contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day service needs with accuracy and responsiveness
  • Process account updates, contributions, distributions, transfers, maintenance requests, and other service transactions in accordance with established procedures and data standards
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation collection, custodial account opening support, and tracking of outstanding requirements
  • Prepare client review materials, organize documentation for signatures, and maintain accurate client records
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding account activity, service timelines, documentation needs and follow up items
  • Consult with custodians, advisors, and internal partners to resolve service requests and ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Oversee moderately complex client inquiries independently, exercising judgment within established guidelines
  • Escalate higher risks, complex or ambiguous situations to Senior Client Services Specialist or Supervisor while providing context and recommended next steps
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and aligned with service standards
  • Identify process inefficiencies or recurring issues and recommend workflow improvements to enhance service quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or administrative experience
  • Independent execution
  • Strong problem solving
  • Understanding of client service workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
