About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serving as the first point of contact for team members and leaders regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Handling high‑volume inbound calls and written requests (approximately 40–50 per day)
- Supporting benefits inquiries, enrollment processes, and leave program questions
- Processing and troubleshooting Oracle HR transactions and team member data updates
- Assisting with onboarding, compliance processes (I‑9s, background checks, employment verifications), and system testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED is required. Associate's Degree is preferred.
- Requires 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
- Requires experience in Microsoft programs (Word and Excel).
