About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the Foundation’s digital strategy to increase donor engagement and philanthropic revenue.
Executes and manages key digital channels—including email, website content, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics.
Partners with Foundation teams, IU Health Marketing, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support integrated campaigns.
Creates and delivers compelling digital content that advances the Foundation’s mission.
Coordinates cross-channel content and maintains an editorial calendar.
Refines content strategies to grow reach and engagement using performance data and platform insights.
Supports the planning, production, and management of video and photography assets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree is required.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Requires working knowledge of fundraising software (i.e. Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.
