About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the Foundation’s digital strategy to increase donor engagement and philanthropic revenue.
  • Executes and manages key digital channels—including email, website content, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics.
  • Partners with Foundation teams, IU Health Marketing, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support integrated campaigns.
  • Creates and delivers compelling digital content that advances the Foundation’s mission.
  • Coordinates cross-channel content and maintains an editorial calendar.
  • Refines content strategies to grow reach and engagement using performance data and platform insights.
  • Supports the planning, production, and management of video and photography assets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires working knowledge of fundraising software (i.e. Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
  • Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.
