Intermediate Talent Acquisition Consultant – Nurse Recruitment

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Talent Acquisition Consultant – Intermediate serves as a strategic partner to the Nursing Recruitment Team, managing the full life cycle recruitment process for nursing departments.
- Conducting comprehensive intake conversations with hiring leaders, designing and posting positions, and executing advanced sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent.
- Managing the end-to-end process—from initial screening and interview coordination to candidate selection and pre-hire preparation—ensuring a seamless experience for every new hire through their first day of employment.
- Apply total rewards strategies to develop market-competitive compensation packages that align with candidate expertise and organizational expectations.
- Provide workforce planning analysis to ensure the right strategies are in place to secure top-tier talent.
- Lead special projects as requested, focusing on sophisticated sourcing techniques and project management to meet the evolving needs of the nursing team.
- Guide leaders in selecting the best talent while maintaining high standards for the candidate experience and offer process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
- Requires knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
- Requires a knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
- Requires knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Requires demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvement initiatives.
- Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system.
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
- Nurse recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Requires experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices.
