About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides enterprise leadership for strategy, governance, and execution of Supply Chain Purchasing
- Designs and implements standardized procurement processes, policies, and service levels
- Serves as executive owner of procurement systems, workflows, and data governance
- Oversees ERP/MMIS optimization, technology enablement, and data integrity
- Leads procurement performance management through KPIs, dashboards, SLAs, and reporting
- Partners with sourcing, contracting, finance, and operational leaders to enhance contract compliance
- Oversees purchasing for goods, services, and capital; resolves supplier, system, and fulfillment issues
- Drives continuous improvement, ensures PO compliance, and builds a high-performing procurement organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Requires 10+ years of relevant experience
- Requires 10+ years of people leader experience
