Key responsibilities & impact

Provides enterprise leadership for strategy, governance, and execution of Supply Chain Purchasing
Designs and implements standardized procurement processes, policies, and service levels
Serves as executive owner of procurement systems, workflows, and data governance
Oversees ERP/MMIS optimization, technology enablement, and data integrity
Leads procurement performance management through KPIs, dashboards, SLAs, and reporting
Partners with sourcing, contracting, finance, and operational leaders to enhance contract compliance
Oversees purchasing for goods, services, and capital; resolves supplier, system, and fulfillment issues
Drives continuous improvement, ensures PO compliance, and builds a high-performing procurement organization

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree is required
Master's Degree is preferred
Requires 10+ years of relevant experience
