About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently prepare and review new account paperwork.
- Create and organize client review materials and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison with internal departments, custodians, CPAs, and clients.
- Manage client communication regarding account activity and deadlines.
- Process client requests including contributions, distributions, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate information and documentation within the CRM.
- Assist in training Level I associates.
- Recommend workflow and process improvements.
- Handle moderately complex client inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of financial services or administrative experience preferred.
- Multi-tasking and organizational coordination are a must
- Salesforce experience strongly needed.
- Strong communication, customer service with escalation understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with opening or processing financial Brokerage accounts is preferred
- FPQP designation is a plus
