Key responsibilities & impact

Train New Hires on procedures and software as needed.
Mentoring team members to promote career growth.
Responsible for tracking the workflow for team members.
First point of escalation for team members regarding compliance issues or complaints.
Monthly One on One meetings with team members.
Maintain a smaller caseload of assigned plans for administration and compliance work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience.
At least 3 years of People Manager experience.
Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills in order to ensure the client experience is smooth throughout the entire annual compliance cycle.
Help evaluate and improve operational procedures.
