About the role
- Establish and maintain meaningful working relationships with financial advisors and their staff.
- Customize transition plans based on advisor, staff, office operations, culture.
- Drive pull-through of assets to convert onto the CWS/NFS platform that align with business objectives, subject to change on a quarterly basis.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects at various stages.
- Develop weekly progress reporting personalized to individual advisor effectiveness.
- Product mapping including quality replacements for non-transferable assets.
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure operational procedures are properly maintained and followed.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team on moderately complex and complex issues and projects.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Business or related field.
- FINRA securities licenses 7 & 63 preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and operational roles with demonstrated success in achieving goals.
- Project and/or relationship management experience preferred.
- Ability to articulate feedback in a way that others can comprehend.
- Experience partnering with leadership on various campaigns.
- Exceptional presentation skills and demonstrated leadership characteristics.
- Results-oriented and proactive with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives/projects concurrently.
