About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Chief People Officer's primary executive support and operational partner
  • Own the CPO's calendar, travel, communications, and follow-through

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operational support, executive assistance, or chief of staff functions
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and consistent professional boundaries
  • Demonstrated experience building or improving operational systems, tools, or processes at a team or organizational level
  • Experience planning leadership and team events that embody hospitality and foster engagement, productivity, vision alignment and culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft executive-level correspondence, briefings, and stakeholder communications
  • High relational and emotional intelligence; strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust quickly across diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a relationship-driven organizational culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook calendar management, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
