About the role

  • Steward the Marketing Technology and its related processes by communicating with stakeholders and end users.
  • Manage vendor relationships and prioritize changes to achieve greater value from Marketing Technology.
  • Serve on the Technology Platform Team to build a unified Technology Platform strategy.
  • Execute and maintain the organization’s marketing technology strategy.
  • Build partnerships with Development, Field Leadership, and Operations.
  • Advise Technology Leadership on leveraging marketing technology to accomplish strategic ministry objectives.
  • Manage the product lifecycle of all marketing technology.
  • Work with Technology Solutions and Technology Operations for efficient transitions.
  • Create and maintain business processes for prioritizing work with current Marketing Technology Products.
  • Define and measure ROI for Marketing Technology Products.
  • Manage strategic decision-making for Vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or other related degree is required.
  • Two years of marketing technology products.
