About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and implementation of AI Agent Identity Governance
Establish and operationalize controls for identity registration, ownership, accountability, authentication, credential management, authorization, least privilege, auditability, and traceability
Define and enforce separation of user and agent identity contexts
Accelerate AI adoption in the IAM space
Partner with AI Governance, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams on AI policy and approval processes
Drive adoption of AI-powered IAM capabilities, including role mining, access optimization, identity risk scoring, automated access decisioning, lifecycle workflows, analytics, and anomaly detection
Eliminate manual processes across provisioning, certification, and access reviews
Leverage AI and orchestration tools to scale IAM operations with consistency and auditability
Improve IAM user experience through chatbots, virtual assistants, simplified access requests, and proactive identity guidance
Define the enterprise roadmap for AI in IAM
Evaluate and integrate capabilities across Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, cloud platforms, and AI ecosystems
Create reference architectures and standards for AI agent identity lifecycle management, secure IAM integrations, and human/non-human identity models
Advise senior leadership on AI and IAM strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in Identity & Access Management, Security Architecture, or related domain
Demonstrated experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or cloud IAM
Experience with automation, orchestration, or AI-enabled solutions within security or IT operations
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management
Strong understanding of RBAC/ABAC and least privilege models
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks
Strong understanding of audit and regulatory requirements
Ability to operate strategically and hands-on across architecture and execution
Preferred: Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or agentic systems in enterprise environments
Preferred: Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and model risk considerations
Preferred: Experience integrating IAM with cloud, APIs, and developer ecosystems
Preferred: Background in building automation or AI-driven operational solutions
