Employee Benefits Technology Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and support client benefit administration and HR technology platforms
- Operate as a connective resource across teams
- Serve as lead implementer for Employee Navigator
- Maintain proficiency in other client benefit administration systems
- Facilitate implementation of HR modules within client HRIS systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 years of experience in payroll, benefits technology, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Benefits, Payroll, and HR teams
- Hands-on experience with Employee Navigator strongly preferred
- Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support multiple systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
