Implement and support client benefit administration and HR technology platforms
Operate as a connective resource across teams
Serve as lead implementer for Employee Navigator
Maintain proficiency in other client benefit administration systems
Facilitate implementation of HR modules within client HRIS systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of experience in payroll, benefits technology, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Benefits, Payroll, and HR teams
Hands-on experience with Employee Navigator strongly preferred
Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support multiple systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
