Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and support client benefit administration and HR technology platforms
  • Operate as a connective resource across teams
  • Serve as lead implementer for Employee Navigator
  • Maintain proficiency in other client benefit administration systems
  • Facilitate implementation of HR modules within client HRIS systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10 years of experience in payroll, benefits technology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Benefits, Payroll, and HR teams
  • Hands-on experience with Employee Navigator strongly preferred
  • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support multiple systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
