About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides expert consulting on process improvement initiatives and business strategies
- Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities aligned with strategic goals
- Manages complex projects and programs independently, assuming responsibility for pace, scope, and risk
- Builds and maintains relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Supports the design and implementation of continuous process improvement programs
- Offers thought leadership and advises on the structure and value of formalized programs centered on business process management
- Develops and applies consistent, repeatable process assessment and redesign methodologies, tools, and techniques including root cause analysis and identification of value-add activities
- Contributes to the development of methodologies for business process management
- Designs tools and techniques for ongoing measurement, evaluation, and improvement of business processes.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with Master’s degree preferred in a related discipline or equivalent
- Typically, a minimum of 8 years of related work experience, including 5 or more years’ experience in process improvement or project management roles
- P&C Insurance experience required
- Experience managing large-scale process improvement projects
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management (PMP) preferred.
