Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer service for agencies, regions, UT/UA/underwriters and business units
Support Additional Compensation drafting process
Train and support Underwriting Administrative Assistants
Build reporting and compensation hierarchies for distribution partners
Resolve statutory licensing/appointment escalations
Participate in shaping business processes for agency maintenance
Collaborate with FP&A, Technology, Legal and Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
Typically two years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of the insurance industry and the company's goals
Detail oriented with good analytical skills and desire to learn and optimize processes
Strong organizational skills
Customer Service mentality with collaborative and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
