Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred in a related discipline or equivalent.
Typically a minimum ten years of relevant experience.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable.
Advanced negotiation experience.
Professional designations are highly encouraged (e.g. CPCU).
