About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active prospecting and market mapping (B2B): Identify and open doors in private schools with potential to adopt HUB CNA's educational solutions.
  • Consultative selling and complex negotiation: Conduct meetings with school principals and owners, understanding the school's pedagogical needs to present the best solution (curricular, bilingual, etc.) and close contracts.
  • Strategic support to franchisees: Provide support and consultancy to the CNA franchise network, assisting them in building relationships and closing partnerships with schools in their regions.
  • Sales funnel and CRM management: Populate and monitor sales metrics from first contact through contract signing, ensuring revenue predictability.
  • Competitor analysis and market trends: Assess the private education landscape to adapt sales arguments and ensure the competitiveness of CNA solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in commercial/sales (B2B).
  • Experience as an English teacher or English coordinator.
  • Fluent English (proficient with teaching experience).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Availability to travel (national level).
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Preferably:
  • Degree in Languages (Letras).
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Practical knowledge of the education market.
