About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons efficiently, ensuring punctual start and end times;
  • Adhere to established schedules for each class, following the methodology and respecting the profile of each student group;
  • Assign and correct homework, written and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback;
  • Enter grades for assignments, assessments and other activities into the school management system;
  • Submit report cards, reports and other relevant documents within established deadlines;
  • Record class diaries in the management system;
  • Promote the use of pedagogical tools provided by the school as a complement to lessons (e.g., CNA Net).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a teacher in language schools or educational institutions (desirable);
  • Experience teaching different age groups and proficiency levels;
  • Proficiency in the four language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing;
  • Ability to use teaching methodologies and adapt them according to the class profile;
  • Knowledge of educational technology and digital tools for online and in-person teaching;
  • Degree in Languages, Education, Translation or related fields (preferred);
  • English proficiency certifications such as TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge (preferred).
