Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation of architectural projects for units (new constructions and renovations)
Site supervision and support for the network's schools
Sourcing, contacting, and negotiating with suppliers
Preparing quotes and developing budgets
Development of architectural guides, manuals, and design guidelines
Support in creating and evolving the brand's visual and structural standardization
Support in standardizing company-owned schools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Experience with franchise networks (ability to adapt to different spaces and contexts)
Intermediate English
Clear and fluent communication
