About the role

  • Responsible for producing and disseminating informative content across multiple internal communication platforms, such as intranet portals, newsletters, email marketing, and instant messaging channels, with the goal of promoting engagement, consolidating organizational culture, and keeping all employees informed about company activities and daily life, resulting in a more connected and cohesive work environment.
  • Your work will be essential to:

Requirements

  • Experience or ability in producing content for different formats (text, image, and video)
  • Basic knowledge of CMS (Content Management System) and email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with communication platforms such as Teams and WhatsApp
  • Basic design and image editing skills
  • Ability to use AI to support text creation and content curation
  • Clear, empathetic communication adaptable to different audiences
  • Organized to manage multiple requests and deadlines
  • Ease of building relationships with different departments
  • Ability to turn complex information into simple, relevant messages
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements and new content ideas
  • Attention to detail and sensitivity to tone of voice
  • Openness to learn, develop, and continuously grow
