• Oversee public infrastructure projects—including vertical construction, transit centers, bus facilities, ADA compliance, and parks—from design to completion.
• Conduct pre-bid meetings, issue notices to proceed, and manage consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, review invoices, and process change orders.
• Ensure projects meet design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Prepare technical, management, and status reports for county officials.
• Interface with various departments, agencies, and stakeholders.
