About the role

  • Management of litigation case portfolios;
  • Drafting court filings and procedural documents of medium and high complexity;
  • Attending hearings, case-management conferences and oral arguments;
  • Updating case reports and clients' internal systems.

Requirements

  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) — São Paulo (SP) or Rio Grande do Sul (RS)
  • At least 2 years since graduation in Law
  • Experience at a law firm in civil litigation
  • Experience managing case portfolios involving civil and corporate matters
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and a strong sense of urgency
  • Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure, Corporate Law or related areas
  • Experience with arbitration proceedings
