About the role
- Interact with clients in meetings and presentations
- Draft pleadings and submissions of medium to high complexity
- Attend hearings, court conferences and deliver oral arguments
- Manage portfolios of litigation matters and strategic cases
- Prepare reports and update clients' internal systems
- Support and supervise work conducted by junior attorneys and interns
Requirements
- Active membership in the São Paulo Bar (OAB/SP)
- Minimum of 4 years since obtaining a law degree
- Experience in a law firm in civil litigation and arbitration
- Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure, Business Law, or related areas
- Experience with legal software such as CPJ, Projus, and Elaw
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
