About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help manage the MPI product agenda, including roadmap priorities, use cases, adoption plans, success measures, and product requirements
  • Work with Data, Technical Product, Data Science, and Engineering to improve MPI functionality, methodology, usability, reporting, roadmap execution, and Digital Twin use cases
  • Help account teams use MPI in client reviews, renewals, growth conversations, and strategic recommendations
  • Turn trends, benchmarks, risks, opportunities, and market signals into repeatable briefings, insight packs, client education, thought leadership, and practical recommendations
  • Identify useful external datasets, partnership inputs, and selected client-facing opportunities that make MPI more differentiated and commercially relevant

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, payment networks, issuing, payment operations, payments consulting, data products, product management, market intelligence, or strategy
  • Practical understanding of how merchants use payments data to make decisions on cost, authorization performance, payment methods, routing, fraud, customer experience, supplier management, or market change
  • Experience translating business needs into product requirements, analytical questions, data priorities, or technical workstreams
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with consulting, product, data science, engineering, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex data and market signals into clear, repeatable, client-ready materials
  • Curiosity, product discipline, analytical confidence, and the ambition to help build one of the market’s most differentiated payments intelligence products
