About the role
- Support the CFO in carrying out all accounting responsibilities
- Review payments and supporting documentation for all disbursements
- Monitor vendor balances
- Ensure accounts receivable are properly recorded in the General Ledger (GL)
- Review recurring entries and perform monthly reconciliations
- Assist in ensuring that all assets are properly recorded and accounted for
- Assist with the monthly review of GL transactions
- Assist with responding to audit requests
- Review annual and interim financial statements
- Assist in ensuring all taxes are paid and filed on time
- Liaise with majority shareholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Postgraduate degree
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Critical thinking
- Microsoft Excel
- Advanced English (level 4)
