About the role
- Responsible for providing operational and administrative support for marketing and product management activities
- Support the execution of the go-to-market plan and monitor the launch pipeline
- Assist in collecting and organizing product data and performance indicators (sales, margins, engagement, repeat purchases, etc.)
- Collaborate on the production of promotional and corporate content, reviewing text, layouts, and communication materials
- Support the management of websites and social media, ensuring information is kept up to date and visual identity is consistent
- Monitor schedules and ensure deadlines for deliverables, campaigns, and marketing actions are met
- Support coordination with suppliers, agencies, printers, and media partners
- Perform administrative control of contracts, invoices, and budgets for the department
- Assist with logging and tracking internal and external marketing requests
- Contribute to organizing events, activations, and promotional product campaigns
- Produce basic reports and monitoring presentations for the team and leadership
