About the role
- Management of a credit recovery caseload
- Work on a caseload in Credit Recovery, Judicial Recovery, and Banking Law
- Drafting pleadings in all modalities related to the subject, legal opinions, reports, case analysis and coordination with clients, updating case management systems, and scheduling own deadlines
- Participation in creditors' general meetings, among other duties
Requirements
- Required experience in credit recovery, with a focus on the banking sector
- Postgraduate studies in relevant areas and a strong negotiating profile will be considered advantages
