About the role

  • Drive growth opportunities in the APAC market
  • Manage a team and partner closely with Sales, Marketing and clients to deliver world-class education
  • Create and deliver training via broker-hosted educational events to retail traders
  • Develop comprehensive educational content and programs to support retail trader development
  • Collaborate with partners to create content to support trader development and product education
  • Participate as a member of regional retail leadership

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of trading and training experience, with significant time spent in FinTech, online brokerage, investment education, or a closely related field.
  • Direct experience with derivatives, crypto and prediction markets preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Google suite and Salesforce
  • Language proficiency (spoken): English & Mandarin
