About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for positions under the corporate recruiting responsibility area, including exempt-level field-based positions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Partners; understand positions and set recruitment-process expectations
  • Communicate with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Partners, agencies, and candidates; manage candidate expectations and ensure timely feedback
  • Develop and maintain candidate relationships, build applicant pools, and seek referrals
  • Proactively source candidates online using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Manage the SuccessFactors ATS, including requisitions, postings, and candidates
  • Begin salary negotiations and bring candidates to offer acceptance in accordance with approved salary grades, company goals, and candidate expectations
  • Partner with hiring teams to build job profiles and recruitment marketing materials
  • Assist with metrics reporting and analyze aspects of the recruitment process
  • Manage the corporate recruiting internship program and assist with social media initiatives
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members on initiatives and present ideas compellingly to gain commitment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years full life-cycle recruiting in both corporate and agency environments
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with an agency
  • Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with SuccessFactors ATS strongly preferred
  • Experience using the Internet for research (Boolean savvy) preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) required
  • Strong customer facing skills with ability to build effective relationships across the business required
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, manage a large workload, and effectively manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Highly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree required
