• Liaison & advocate between CMC and the customer.
• Communicating changes in pricing, service and current market conditions.
• Schedule appointments, meet with potential and existing customers in order to promote CMC products.
• Determine if there are any other opportunities for sales for other CMC products.
• Develop new geographic sales territories and the logistical support structure to serve the territory.
• Provide quotes to customers as needed.
• Issue sales orders for customer purchase orders.
• Attend conference and trade shows to stay current with market information.
• Prepare reports for sales and marketing and expense accounts
• Maintain customer database and potential leads.
• Market the financial, logistical, and customs advantages to conduct business through CMC.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to enhance loyalty
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic resource plan
• Understand and navigate market, competitor, and customer dynamics to ensure market share and sales goals are met
