About the role

  • Oversee the maintenance of existing SQL-based planning tools, ensuring their reliability and accuracy.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Analyze current SIOP processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and propose solutions to streamline operations, enhance data quality, and improve decision-making.
  • Manage stock lists, ensure meeting calendars are updated, liaison with IT on master data issues, ensure data consistency, and manage access to reports, data, and systems.
  • Work with IT to resolve system issues.
  • Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations to gather requirements, share insights, and implement process changes.
  • Help the team understand how and where to use reports and ad hoc analysis, identify new report requirements, and implement best practices.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users of SIOP tools, ensuring they are equipped to utilize them effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, focusing on S&OP or supply chain planning.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL-based planning tools.
  • Experience with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse reporting is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading successful improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Knime).
