Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing or industrial sector (5+ yrs)
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to manage projects across various disciplines
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Enjoys working autonomously and is hands-on
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable but not mandatory
