About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or the shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills when managing pricing, quotations, and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems and digital platforms.
  • Applicants must have full working rights in New Zealand.
