About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and regularly distribute Customer Statements of Account (Aging Reports)
- Organize and participate in credit management meetings
- Ensure PDR targets are achieved by implementing customer collection strategies
- Propose customers for legal action and follow up as required
- Support DO/BL release processes by conducting financial reviews
- Review credit applications and follow up on approvals
- Perform reconciliations between container deposits and containers out
- Identify, monitor, and resolve customer disputes
- Investigate unidentified transactions, including matching and clearing items
- Receive and assess customer requests on creditworthiness
- Monitor and follow up on deposit refund requests
- Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
