About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Marketing team across data insights/analytics and marketing communications
  • Gain hands-on exposure to market research, data analysis, customer insights, and the planning, creation, and deployment of marketing communications and sales collateral
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, overseas offices, and external agencies to support commercial objectives and marketing initiatives
  • Analyse internal and external datasets to identify trends and commercial opportunities
  • Perform market data analysis to generate and monitor leads for commercial teams
  • Support data cleanup, validation, and reporting processes
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Compile and maintain industry and trade statistics relevant to container shipping
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Voice of Customer programmes
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with agreed schedules
  • Create, update, and adapt marketing collateral and sales tools
  • Support the planning, production, and deployment of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate translation and localisation activities with overseas offices and agencies
  • Support content development and basic design for campaigns and digital channels
  • Conduct market research studies as required
  • Develop customer-facing and internal PowerPoint materials
  • Perform data analysis and visualisation using corporate tools (e.g., Qlik Sense)
  • Liaise with APAC agencies and Head Office (Marseille) on assigned projects
  • Support ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in marketing, data analytics, and market research
  • Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation (experience with Qlik Sense or similar tools is a plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with local and regional teams
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
