About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and strengthen CEVA’s business relationships with strategic Automotive customers in North America
  • Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities while ensuring operational excellence
  • Safeguard and maintain existing business across all geographies
  • Build and expand senior-level relationships across regions and business units
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations and major commercial opportunities
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, including growth targets and relationship management
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and executive briefings, including to senior leadership
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain existing business and achieve high customer confidence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at C-level and across all relevant customer levels
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues in collaboration with CEVA leadership
  • Own and drive account growth through comprehensive development plans
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities from concept to contract
  • Collaborate with Product Leaders to deliver integrated solutions
  • Lead complex negotiations in compliance with legal and regional requirements
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in the Automotive sector and supply chain strategies
  • Apply a consultative approach with a strong solutions-oriented mindset
  • Support customers with strategic insights and execution excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong experience in logistics and multinational environments
  • 10+ years of experience in international supply chain and logistics
  • 5+ years in key account leadership roles
  • Proven experience in commercial negotiations
  • Experience managing global networks and virtual teams
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, supply chain, and global commerce
  • Advanced negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management at executive level
  • High level of cultural awareness and international exposure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
