About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and strengthen CEVA’s business relationships with strategic Automotive customers in North America
- Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities while ensuring operational excellence
- Safeguard and maintain existing business across all geographies
- Build and expand senior-level relationships across regions and business units
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations and major commercial opportunities
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, including growth targets and relationship management
- Provide regular updates, reports, and executive briefings, including to senior leadership
- Develop and execute strategies to retain existing business and achieve high customer confidence
- Build and maintain strong relationships at C-level and across all relevant customer levels
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues in collaboration with CEVA leadership
- Own and drive account growth through comprehensive development plans
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities from concept to contract
- Collaborate with Product Leaders to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead complex negotiations in compliance with legal and regional requirements
- Demonstrate deep expertise in the Automotive sector and supply chain strategies
- Apply a consultative approach with a strong solutions-oriented mindset
- Support customers with strategic insights and execution excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong experience in logistics and multinational environments
- 10+ years of experience in international supply chain and logistics
- 5+ years in key account leadership roles
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations
- Experience managing global networks and virtual teams
- Strong knowledge of compliance, supply chain, and global commerce
- Advanced negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- High level of cultural awareness and international exposure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
