Group Talent Acquisition Specialist
CMA CGMTalent Acquisition Specialist playing a key role in recruitment lifecycle for Corporate Functions at CMA CGM Group. Partnering with Hiring Managers and optimizing talent attraction strategies in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (intake meetings, sourcing strategies, job posting, interviewing, and initiating onboarding) for various Corporate Functions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, providing market insights, talent mapping, and recruitment recommendations.
- Leverage advanced sourcing methods and professional networks to attract top-tier, diverse, and passive talent in a competitive market.
- Support and implement innovative employer branding initiatives to strengthen our talent pipeline and visibility.
- Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and premium candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, maximizing engagement and conversion.
- Ensure the highest level of data quality within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards.
- Leverage recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous process improvements.
- Support the adoption and optimization of new digital TA tools and technologies within the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining experience in an Executive Search / Recruitment firm and an in-house corporate environment.
- Demonstrated interest and involvement in transversal HR projects, particularly around Employer Branding, Candidate Experience initiatives, or Data Analytics.
- Comfortable with numbers, data interpretation, and tracking KPIs to back up decisions.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage a high volume of open positions in a fast-paced, complex, and international environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with an adaptable personality capable of interacting with professionals at all levels.
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
