About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruitment: You will participate in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and handle administrative follow-up until the onboarding of new employees, liaising with the Talent Acquisition team and the Onboarding Desk.
- Employee Follow-up: You will ensure the monitoring and support of interns and apprentices within your scope.
- Administrative Management: You will assist in maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases, and preparing administrative documents. You will liaise with Personnel Administration on contractual and payroll matters and with the Internal Academy on professional training.
- HR Campaigns: You will take part in the successful implementation of performance reviews, people review, and salary review campaigns.
- HR Projects: You will contribute to the rollout of various HR projects, such as improving internal processes and implementing new initiatives like talent programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently pursuing a Business School degree or an equivalent qualification with a specialization in Human Resources.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- You have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- You are proficient with office software, particularly Excel.
