About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Support Representatives to achieve service, quality, and performance objectives.
Manage an assigned sales support portfolio, providing timely and effective support to customers and the Outside Sales team.
Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, customer complaints, and dispute resolution matters.
Monitor team workloads, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards.
Drive operational excellence through accurate rate validation, data quality management, process improvement initiatives, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or a customer-focused commercial environment.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and support a team while managing operational responsibilities.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to data accuracy, rate validation, and dispute resolution.
