About the role

  • Lead the Business Development Team of 4 Business Development Managers
  • Deliver annualized new business win targets and traded new business targets
  • Develop a clear and straightforward Business Development Strategy
  • Develop a pipeline for the cluster, this with your direct team for local opportunities or with CEVA BD network (GKAM, RKAM) for larger accounts
  • Acquire new customers within the FVL Business Line
  • Develop and drive the commercial pipeline on a sustained basis
  • Support the FVL Business Line with commercial aspects of organic growth
  • Adherence to FVL playbook for Business Development.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in managing a team
  • Professional experience in automotive logistics
  • Proficient in written and oral communication in both French/Dutch and English languages.
