About the role
- Lead the Business Development Team of 4 Business Development Managers
- Deliver annualized new business win targets and traded new business targets
- Develop a clear and straightforward Business Development Strategy
- Develop a pipeline for the cluster, this with your direct team for local opportunities or with CEVA BD network (GKAM, RKAM) for larger accounts
- Acquire new customers within the FVL Business Line
- Develop and drive the commercial pipeline on a sustained basis
- Support the FVL Business Line with commercial aspects of organic growth
- Adherence to FVL playbook for Business Development.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in managing a team
- Professional experience in automotive logistics
- Proficient in written and oral communication in both French/Dutch and English languages.
