Key responsibilities & impact

Actively contribute to the Group’s business growth in oversized and heavy cargo
Design training programs and content
Promote project cargo activities to terminals
Identify potential business opportunities
Provide support for complex and highly technical projects
Monitor and drive effective coordination between stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Postgraduate degree (Master’s level) from a Maritime or Engineering school
Strong leadership skills
Proven track record in managing teams and projects
Strong analytical skills
Solid understanding of maritime logistics and/or project cargo operational activities
Project cargo experience and/or HSE experience
Knowledge of ship operations and stowage planning
IT tools proficiency (Windows suite, Qlik Sense)
Engineering/design tools proficiency (Visio, AutoCAD, Inventor)
Fluent in English
